HALFMOON -- A man was arrested Monday after he kicked down the door of an apartment in the Twin Lakes complex and assaulted the apartment's occupant, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office.
Anthony C. Tringone, of Halfmoon, was charged with second- and third-degree burglary, both felonies. He was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, according to the sheriff's office.
Deputies made the arrest after they received a call about a disturbance in the complex at about 11:30 p.m., according to deputies. The victim said he knew Tringone, 27, deputies said.
Tringone was gone when police arrived but was taken into custody a short time later, according to the sheriff's office report.
He was arraigned in Halfmoon Town Court and was sent to Saratoga County Correctional Facility on $5000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
