Aliyah Wright scored 19 points to lead Colonie to a 59-54 Section II Class AA girls’ basketball tournament quarterfinals victory Thursday over Guilderland. Alivia Paeglow scored 16 points, and Kyara Triblet added 14 for Colonie.

Graci Seravillo scored 16 points, Valencia Fontenelle-Posson contributed 14 and Grace McFerran added 12 for Guilderland. Fontenelle-Posson reached the 1,000-point mark on a fourth-quarter jumper. 

Hasijna Gaddy scored 16 points to lead Albany to a 56-47 victory over Bethlehem. Ahniysha Jackson added 12 for Albany. Ava LaClair scored 19 points, and Caroline Wise contributed 13 for Bethlehem. 

Dolly Cairns scored 22 points to lead Saratoga Springs to a 59-50 victory over Shaker. Kerry Flaherty contributed 16 points, and Abby Ray added 12 for Saratoga Springs. Jules DeBeatham scored 17 points for Shaker. 

In the Class A quarterfinals, Grace Field scored 25 points to lead Holy Names to a 55-44 victory over Gloversville. Saniyya Adams added 12 points for Holy Names. Kendra Lavery scored 18 points, and Harmony Philo contributed 16 for Gloversville. 

Anna Jankovic scored 15 points to lead Averill Park to a 66-36 victory over Ballston Spa. Kelsey Wood contributed 13 points, and EmmaLee Morgan added 10. 

Hailey Ballard scored 16 points to lead Queensbury to a 75-33 victory over Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake. Abby Doin contributed 13 points, Hope Sullivan had 11 and Kaileigh Hunt added 10 for Queensbury. Callie Chevalier scored 23 points for Burnt Hills.
