GUILDERLAND - One of two dirt bike operators injured in an early Saturday crash in Guilderland has died, police said Sunday.

Jonwilliam (Jon) P. Foreman, 21, of Loudonville, died of his injuries in the crash, police said. 

The other dirt bike operator, identified as Austin Wolcott, 21, of Colonie, remained hospitalized Sunday, police said.

The crash happened at about midnight early Saturday morning on Stone Road, near the intersection of Ostrander Road in Guilderland Center, police said.

Arriving officers found two dirt bikes involved in a serious collision. Officers began CPR on one of the victims. Both were treated by Guilderland Emergency Medical Services and taken on to Albany Medical Center, police said.

The cause of the accident remained under investigation Sunday, police said.
